Bible discussion group

The Bible is a rich treasure of words that have accompanied people through all phases of their lives for thousands of years. The words of the Bible can comfort, delight, give new food for thought, fill us with new life. The Bible is a real life companion. At the same time, the statements of Bible texts are not always unambiguous, several perspectives and ways of thinking are possible. Discovering these together can be like a journey to an unknown, distant land.

Starting in September, we would like to make these discoveries together on a regular basis in a discussion group of interested people. The offer is open to all curious people - no special knowledge is required. The focus of each meeting is a Bible text, which we first read and then discuss together. Key questions can be: What does this Bible text say to me in my current life situation? What does this Bible text say about God and his actions? What surprises me about this text? And of course many more questions. Discover the Bible and your faith in a positive and appreciative atmosphere!

Registration is not necessary. Participation is free of charge. Please bring your own Bibles, a limited number of Bibles can also be provided.

The meetings (usually) take place on the first Monday of each month at 6.00 pm in the church.

We are looking forward to your coming and greet you warmly
